A Night to Remember: Games Night Scores Big at Ashton & Lea!

Ashton & Lea Golf Club came alive on Saturday, 21st June, as members and guests gathered for a fun-filled Games Night hosted by our Captain and Lady Captain. Running from 5pm to 9pm, the evening was packed with fun, laughter, and a touch of healthy competition.

The clubhouse was transformed into a lively games arena, featuring putting and chipping challenges, pool, darts, and plenty of surprise activities that kept everyone on their toes. With snacks on hand and good spirits all around, the event offered the perfect mix of entertainment and camaraderie.

Most importantly, the night raised an impressive £400 for our chosen charities, showing just how powerful our club community can be when we come together for a great cause.

Lady Captain shared her thoughts on the evening:

“The Captain and Lady Captain’s Games Night was well supported by members, family and friends. All seemed to enjoy the games and fun on offer with some excellent feedback. The children especially enjoyed the outdoor chipping – maybe they will be our juniors of the future!”

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the evening such a success. Special thanks to our Captain and Lady Captain for their hard work in organising the event — it truly was a night to remember. Here's to many more!
